Evan’s practice is 100% DWI defense. He is a nationally recognized DWI attorney, and one of the most prominent DWI attorneys in New Jersey. He represented the lead defendant in State v. Chun, the landmark DWI Alcotest breath testing case, as well as the defendants in the most recent and most important blood testing cases in New Jersey, State v. Kent and State v. Renshaw, which now represent the defendant’s right to confront the witness in blood testing cases. Evan has lectured to attorneys on breath testing, field testing, drug testing, and several other DWI subjects in New Jersey and across the country, including Las Vegas, Dallas, New Orleans, Seattle, Connecticut, and Wyoming. In July 2011, he lectured at the NCDD Summer Session at Harvard University.
