Michael Mickey Rocque practices Criminal Defense Trial work with an emphasis on DUI and Drug cases. Mickey has practiced law for 25 years and has been an adjunct law professor at Nova Law School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 25 years. Mickey worked briefly as an Assistant State Attorney, and then 7 years as a Public Defender before venturing into private practice. Mickey was instrumental in the passing of the Broward County Drug Court Law. He drafted and Lobbied Florida Legislation allowing dismissal of charges for drug offenders who successfully complete a treatment and education program.
